Postpartum Sessions

  • 3 hour minimum, $35/hour

  • In-home

  • During our sessions you can expect: feeding support and education, sleep support and education, mental health assessment and support, self-care practices, meal prep, light housework (as it relates to infant and birthing person), light childcare support*, problem-solving, appointment advocacy, referrals to outside provider network, etc.

  • Number of sessions needed: This is truly up to you and is something we will discuss further during our Intake

* Postpartum doulas are not childcare providers. While I am happy to support parent rest/self-care by spending time with baby/siblings, the majority of my time will be spent supporting the birthing person/parents. I do have recommendations for childcare providers if you need that service.

Baby items are important and necessary.

And, parents are often made to feel that a baby item can be a "solution” to postpartum challenges. The reality is birthing people, parents, and families need strong in-person support in order to have the healthiest postpartum period.
